Lisa's classes aim to offer a gentle breather from our busy minds and lives, gently drawing our attention to our breath in our bodies and away from the rush and the stress of daily life.

Regular yoga practice will:

The 90 minute class begins and ends with some deep relaxation. We will move through some gentle warm-up movements and then proceed to sitting postures, twisting postures, standing postures, balances and inversions (if appropriate for you) All postures can be adapted for your comfort and ultimate benefit.
